Fitness Training Programs


You have the option to work with be in person, virtually via my Fitness App, or a hybrid of the two.

In my training sessions, we work on all 3 components of an effective exercise program every session: strength, endurance, flexibility. I integrate each of these into exercises that are quick and effective so you don’t have to spend endless hours working out or need expensive equipment. I incorporate several styles of exercises (kickboxing, calisthenics, speed bag, plyometrics, strength, agility, body weight… to name a few) into a fun and challenging routine to guarantee results without boredom. Our sessions are 30 minutes long. Each workout is modified to fit your personal fitness level.

In addition to working with me personally, I also structure separate short (but effective) workouts for you to do on your own through my Fitness App. How often you do these will be determined during our initial meeting, and we will structure this according to your current fitness level and schedule. Built in accountability and communication with me through the Fitness App is another way to ensure you reach your goals and transformation.

It’s my goal to help you be successful in reaching your fitness/weight loss….goals. I do this by teaching specific time-saving exercises and formats, correct form and exercise progression, PROPER FORM AND POSTURE, and mindset and time management skills. If you don’t have the proper mindset or time to do the workouts, then you won’t do them or get results!


IN-PERSON TRAINING:    30 minute sessions have a minimum required prepayment of 10 sessions. Because we meet and workout at my home (located in Mission Estates in Odessa, TX.) you do not pay a gym membership or trainer fee! However, if you pay with a credit card there are processing fees applied.  *I do offer discounts for 3 month, 6 month and 12 month packages. Pricing and  information provided upon request. *Payment plans available through PayPal Credit.

NOTE: I do try to work with my regular clients’ schedules as much as possible. For instance, if you can’t make your regular Mon. 8:30 am appointment, then we move you to Tues…. These are not always private sessions due to this service. You may or may not work out with someone else at any given time.

Because I have limited space available, you do have an option of virtual training via my Fitness App!

Getting Started

Contact me to schedule your complimentary 20-minute phone call to discuss your guaranteed transformation and schedule your initial consultation to get you started ASAP.

Our initial consultation will be 60 minutes. We will do a POSTURE ASSESSMENT, physical evaluation, workout (be prepared to sweat), review paperwork (which you will complete prior to our meeting), and set goals.

We can schedule the initial consultation for any day M-F at flexible times.
