Now, I want to share two more strategies that you can use to get rid of that hungry feeling no matter the cause (sugar overload, not being able to eat when you normally would, etc.).
I’m talking about deep breathing (I know it sounds a little hokey, but it really works!) and short bursts of exercise. These are simple, realistic strategies that will make a huge difference in your life. They’re easy to do, can be done just about anywhere and have bonus benefits such as stress reduction and improved cardio health.
